By accessing or using the Cyber Arcanum platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
Cyber Arcanum is a cybersecurity education platform that provides interactive labs, learning paths, games, and challenges designed to teach cybersecurity concepts and skills in a controlled environment.

All content on the Platform — including labs, challenges, games, text, graphics, and code — is the property of Cyber Arcanum or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written consent.
The Platform provides cybersecurity education in a sandboxed, controlled environment. The knowledge and skills taught are intended solely for legitimate, lawful purposes such as authorised security testing, learning, and professional development. Cyber Arcanum is not responsible for any misuse of skills or techniques learned through the Platform.
Cyber Arcanum offers optional paid subscription plans (e.g. Super User) that provide additional features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Account Settings page or Stripe Customer Portal.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
We generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using paid features, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case on an individual basis.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we increase the price, we will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance. The new price will apply at the start of your next billing period after the notice period.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber Arcanum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, progress, or access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform, its users, or third parties. You may also delete your own account at any time. If you have an active paid subscription and your account is terminated due to a Terms violation, no refund will be issued.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
